On November 9 and 23, Dr. Derek Atchley, of Atchley Family Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Center, will reveal the “Seven Secrets to Better Health and Better Healing” in order to help guests maintain their health in all aspects of their lives. Dr. Atchley, who has recently incorporated a Creating Wellness Center within his chiropractic practice, will present the “Seven Secrets” as part of an interactive Workshop Series held at his practice, which is open to the public free of charge.
The “Seven Secrets to Health and Better Healing” workshops will be held from 6:15 to 7:00 pm at Atchley Family Chiropractic, located at 8004 Pennsylvania Circle NE in Albuquerque. All are welcome to attend the presentation, which will include light refreshments and a question and answer session.
The purpose of the Seven Secrets is to guide people to take a responsibility for their health and well being, and will introduce the Creating Wellness approach to being healthy, focusing on the three dimensions of health—physical, biochemical and psychological. As a leader in health and wellness, Dr. Atchley will discuss the difference between sick care and health care, the importance of pain and the negative effects of lifestyle stress.
